Frontier Visa Services Ltd, a specialist provider of visa facilitation for challenging global destinations.
The Challenge
Frontier Visa Services Ltd. had just launched and needed to quickly establish credibility. Clients were handing over sensitive documents like passports, so trust and professionalism were essential. At the same time, the company needed a multilingual website to serve non-English speakers living in English-speaking countries. A foundation for email automation and social media planning was also required to support future growth.
The Approach
I used the company’s existing branding to create a website that was clear, easy to navigate, and structured around trust signals such as timelines, application steps, and certifications. The design was optimised for multilingual use to minimise translation work while remaining user-friendly. In addition, I set up initial email automation and developed a three-month social media calendar, giving the team a ready-to-use framework for ongoing digital marketing.

The Results
Although my involvement was limited to setup, the website immediately gave Frontier Visa Services a professional online presence that inspired client confidence. The email automation and content planning provided a scalable foundation for the company’s marketing efforts.
The Next Steps
More than eight years later, the company still uses the website, reflecting the durability of the design and the lasting value of the digital foundations put in place.
Key Takeaways
This project reinforced the power of strategic planning. By laying a solid foundation through thoughtful strategy, even without direct execution, long-term marketing ROI and brand awareness can be achieved.
I’ve seen Rhys not only excel at the core elements of his job – like email marketing, social media and website design – but I’ve also seen him learn other skills and tasks that extend well beyond the scope of his role, like our plain English campaign, and even spearheading our company’s internal communications. I’ve seen many employees care for only the bare minimum, however Rhys not only masters his core duties, but goes above and beyond to ensure the company ethos by taking on new challenges and projects in the interests of the company’s growth. In fact many new roles were enveloped into Rhys’ duties after he showed the ability to take them on with ease. I hope Rhys the best for his future career, and know he will be a fantastic addition to any marketing team.
